Noida International University (NIU), Greater Noida was established in 2010 by U.P. Legislature Act No. 27 of 2010 under Section 2(f) of the UGC Act, 1956. The entire Noida International University campus is spread over an area of 75 acres of land. NIU Greater Noida through its 12 schools offers multi-disciplinary programmes in various streams of engineering, management, law, medical and social sciences. NIU, Greater Noida admission to courses done through NSAT (NIU Scholarship cum Admission Test) for technical programmes or through group discussion/personal interview for non-technical programmes. Noida International University provides various scholarships to meritorious students who are academically good and deserving but don’t have the financial means to pursue a good education.
Noida International University offers several infrastructural facilities for students and staff members. NIU, Greater Noida facilities include separate hostels for boys and girls that have double and triple rooms with AC and non-AC options, mess facilities, gymnasium and fitness centre. The university has gyms and fitness centres equipped with all the necessary gym equipment. NIU, Greater Noida facilities also include a cafeteria that serves healthy and nutritious to students at a reasonable price. Medical facilities, gymnasium, library, sports facilities, IT infrastructure, auditorium, transport facility, Wi-Fi, Banks/ATMs, laboratories, guest house/waiting room and moot court are the other NIU, Greater Noida campus facilities.
